All orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days.

This timeframe does not apply to items which have a particular dispatch date, or items which are on 'pre-order'. In the case a product falls into either of these categories, the information will be provided on the product's page.

 

DOMESTIC (NZ) SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on National (NZ) orders above $250 NZD. All New Zealand orders are delivered via NZ Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL (NON NZ) SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on Australia orders above $250 NZD.

We offer free shipping on other International orders above $500 NZD.

International orders ship via NZ Post which connect to local delivery systems.

We ship to many countries worldwide including Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, CanadaSwitzerland, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Spain, Norway, Italy, Belgium, France, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Croatia, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, China, Czechia, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea.

If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, get in contact with us and we will see what we can do. 

Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout.

 

While it is our hope that all packages arrive at their intended destinations in a timely manner, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. We waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems.

Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.

While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to sign any required forms before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items which are successfully returned are exchanged for store credit.

We offer 'size swaps'. What this means is if you receive an order, and you would like to swap your garment/s for a different size, you can apply for a 'size swap'.

To be eligible for a return or 'size swap', your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item/s fall into any of the categories mentioned in our 'Exceptions/non-refundable items', they will not be eligible for a return.

In the case a 'size swap' is requested and we are out of stock in the item which you wish to swap to, we will issue you store credit.

If your return or 'size swap' is accepted, you will need to pay for and arrange the delivery of the package to the address you are provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned or 'size swapped', such as special orders or personalised items. All items on sale or clearance are non-refundable and unable to be 'size swapped'. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges which are accepted will be issued store credit which can be used to purchase your desired item/s.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service.yonks@gmail.com.

 

'SIZE SWAPS'

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your 'size swap', and let you know if the swap was approved or not. If approved, we will dispatch the swapped size to you and you will receive a tracking number within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your 'size swap', and you have received no updates please contact us at service.yonks@gmail.com.
