We provide size charts and/or model references for each product which we have listed. These are found on the products page.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items which are successfully returned are exchanged for store credit.
We also offer size swaps, in the case you receive your order and wish to change the size.

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update, please allow this time for it to register in the postal system.
If it has exceeded 48 hours since you received your tracking number, get in contact with us via our contact page. Provide us with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package.
If your package status seems to be stuck in transit, get in contact with the postal company which is fulfilling the delivery. You will be able to access the companies contact details via the tracking link you received from us when your order was dispatched.
If you are unable to locate your package once it has been delivered, you will need to get in contact with the postal company which fulfilled the delivery. You will be able to access the companies contact details via the tracking link you received from us when your order was dispatched.
If your package is stolen we suggest you get in contact with the postal company which fulfilled the delivery. If you have complications during this process you are welcome to get in contact with us, we will see what we can do on our end. We are not liable for the package once it has reached the destination which was supplied to us, due to this we are unable to replace packages which are stolen.
