All domestic and international orders are shipped via NZ Post. Order processing will take 1-5 days. This timeframe does not apply to items which have a particular dispatch date, or items which are on 'pre-order'.
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items which are successfully returned are exchanged for store credit.
We offer 'size swaps'. What this means is if you receive an order, and you would like to swap your garment/s for a different size, you can apply for a 'size swap'.
